Traditional, tried and tested. A full day's work, but worth it.
This came from a "Russian kitchen" feature in a women's magazine, but with some minor modifications it works better than more original recipes. Slightly less sweet, for one thing. Now pascha ought to be sweet, but not so sweet that you taste only the sugar.
